First-year students have the opportunity to participate in Villanova Finance Group's (VFG) Monday night training sessions, designed to build a strong foundation in finance while introducing the industry’s diverse career paths. These sessions cover core finance concepts and provide insight into opportunities in areas such as investment banking, sales and trading, equity research, and asset management.

As students progress into sophomore year, they can begin to specialize within VFG’s subsocieties, diving deeper into their chosen field to gain a more tailored skillset.
